Disgrundled Client for poor service

Good day

I received the worst customer service ever from Mr Jerry (sales exec) I had an approved deal whereby the vehicle is at the Wonderboom brand. He stalled the deal because I refused the delivery to happen at Groblesdal as the car is already in Pretoria where I am based. To top is up I incurred costs as I had to go fetch the trading car from Bloemfontein and back only to realize that the car is sold. He is unprofessional and *********. I regret that I was assisted by him.
