Unannounced review will not allow withdrawals.
I'm writting this with absolute frustration.
For the past month I've been trying to withdraw from my account but the money bounces back into the account, I've called the customer care line every 48hours for the past month looking for an update and they keep telling me my account is under review. I was not notified that my account was under review and and they can't tell me how long the review will last. I'm frustrated and annoyed. They allowed money to be deposited into the account but they won't allow any money to leave the account.
I need this to be resolved as soon as possible. At this point, I just want the money that I deposited, I don't care about the winnings. I have real life problems and I need my money back.
