Disgruntled customer. Bedstogo

Purchased a bed in November 2023 from beds2go in quality street, Jacobs . In December 2023 I noticed the stitches on the mattress were opening. They replaced the mattress in January 2024. In April 2024 the bed was making a noise. They changed the base of the bed. August 2024 bed making a noise again. Reported it and received no joy. I barely use the bed for activity as I live alone. But when my partner comes over. It's really embarrassing. I have reported it several times and they send a salesman to test the bed. How is that even possible unless he gets on the bed and has activity as well. I have even called their head office and to date I have received no joy. The bed is gone even worse and has a 20yr warranty. It's a slumbernight pillow top which cost R5999.. can you please assist me in this matter.
