Disgruntled customer. Bedstogo
Purchased a bed in November 2023 from beds2go in quality street, Jacobs . In December 2023 I noticed the stitches on the mattress were opening. They replaced the mattress in January 2024. In April 2024 the bed was making a noise. They changed the base of the bed. August 2024 bed making a noise again. Reported it and received no joy. I barely use the bed for activity as I live alone. But when my partner comes over. It's really embarrassing. I have reported it several times and they send a salesman to test the bed. How is that even possible unless he gets on the bed and has activity as well. I have even called their head office and to date I have received no joy. The bed is gone even worse and has a 20yr warranty. It's a slumbernight pillow top which cost R5999.. can you please assist me in this matter.

Hi Beds to You, Huge disappointment. A salesperson Khaya Mthethwa his email is([email protected])on his TikTok is cyberbullying a Reality TV star unprofessional & harmful. As a customer, I expect better.

I purchased a slumbernite bed from the mobeni store in November 2023 and have complained more than once that the bed makes a noise when my partner and I are doing the business. I have more than once had a problem with the same bed. The salesman keeps telling me that the supplier says he must come test the bed. Which is ridiculous. He is not doing the business with a person on the bed but just comes and sit on the bed. He finds no noise.They refuse to change my bed which has a 20year warranty. He says the supplier refuse to change the bed. I keep asking them to give me the suppliers details. They refuse. How can you help me get joy out of this as it is a real mood killer when the bed makes a noise when you getting jiggy with it. I have complained before to hello Peter and did not get a response.

I highly recommend beds2go for your next bed purchase as I have recently purchased a Davidson double bed from one of the branches in the corner of sydney and moore road.It has been an amazing experience so far as I always feel energized and ready to start my day.Their service has been quiet satisfying and again highly recommend

I found exactly what I was looking for at the right price. So much so that we are considering buying another Bed from Bedsgo. Staff are friendly and knowlegible about the products in the store.

I found exactly what I was looking for at the right price. So much so that we are considering buying another Bed from Bedsgo. Staff are friendly and knowlegible about the products in the store.

Fast Delivery - Not Accurate
Their website says Fast Delivery, KZN No 1 Bed Store. I'm in KZN, placed an order online and when emailing to ascertain approx delivery date - no response. When I call them they say they haven't received the online order process from their offices yet to proceed????

Purchased a rest assured bed from Beds2go Cornubia and the bed had issues and they were not willing to assist even under a year of purchase
Bought a bed and base for R8000 which was on sale from R12999 at Beds2go Cornubia It is a Rest Assured bed set. After a year the bed started to sink in. I called to report it. I went as far as going to the store to lay complaints numerous times. Rest assured sent out a guy to inspect the bed …the Guy name was Craigh came to my residence twice in one year. He stated that there is a problem and that the bed is under a year old and should not be doing this. The tag on the bed states no sagging sides. Yet the bed sags on one side. These beds come with warranty yet I was not assisted with this matter. Beds2go service is terrible and rest assured is not the brand we always knew about. Just beware that Beds2go does not assist customers with issues and warranty of beds …they are very unprofessional. I spent R14500 in the store as I bought 2 single beds as well. I spent that kind of money with a business that does not care about it’s service to customers.

Only part delivery received
Very poor service. Bought a bed with pillows. Paid for delivery. Only received the bed. When I call about the undelivered pillows I kept being told it will be delivered. Nothing yet. I really regret paying in full and only receive part of the deal. Really disappointing.

Only part delivery received
