Very very bad service

I hate the fact that I read the reviews and still went on and still went on to request their services, this company is the worst when it comes to communication, you get ghosted by their agents leaving you in the dark, their WhatsApp line doesn't work, their website is useless and their agents don't reply to emails. I really don't know why I thought I will have a different experience. I haven't even gone through with the agreement and already I'm being ignored, how much more when I'm their client.
