Incorrect Directive tax number.
The company's payroll is not willing to assist with the correct directive lump sum tax number they incorrectly submitted to SARS. Sent numerous emails to Sheila from payroll without any response. Went to the company's office as well, without getting any assistance.
I have now resorted to the SARS Ombudsman, I hope they deal with them accordingly.😡
