A Violation of customer privacy according to the POPI ACT FROM BOTH SHEET STREET POTCHEFSTROOM AND ASSOCIATED CREDIT SPECIALISTS

Sheet street took my account to the associated credit specialists only to find out that they have spoken to someone else on my behalf about my account without any consent. Its against my POPI ACT as a customer because I did not register this person as a next of kin or beneficary. That was ultterly unacceptable from both parties and I as a Sheet street client will not tolerate such utterances.
