Best 90 min body treatment
Awesome experience I had on the 4th of January 2024, full body massage, hot stones, facial massage and luxury foot soak, scrub and massage. Thank you, Dineo you are, such a lovely and friendly person.

Not up to standard
I have been to over 14 spa's and I'm afraid it was the worst.. I didn't feel ike I was being touched by a trained professional unfortunately. I ordered hot stone treatment where they literitly rubes the stones on me for 5 minutes.. I know we had a special but don't call it a special rather call it a cheap option of a message.

Poor customer service
Everything advertised there is a lie, because they show you the amounts saying that they running the massage special and the whole building is theirs only to find that they only renting for Spa . Mind you all the information you get it after paying meaning you have to add from what you were actually told about. I was bringing 24 people for massage and I have asked Marelns if some people won’t be able to come will I be refunded? And then she said yes. Now that I have to be refunded I get stories that there’s no refund. The service is bad even their Employees are complaining about them being Racists.
