Unprofessional and unfair customer service

Very unprofessional and rude service from the owner of this business. He treats customers with disrespect and does not accept any rules and policies from other companies (like insurance companies), except his own. Shouts at customers and do not listen to anything a customer has to say. He also imposes additional costs for storage while waiting for payment from the insurance company (30 days after invoice). He charges R600 per day for storage while waiting for payment and does not release the vehicle until payment is received. Had my Isuzu mu-X steering rack replaced and waited 6 weeks for the work to be done.
