I dealt with Amazon South Africa for the first time and unfortunately it's going to be the last. I received notification from Amazon and the delivery firm, The Courier Guy that I will receive my parcel on Saturday 23rd May. On 23rd I received another confirmation of the delivery of my parcel on that day. I rescheduled my day to receive my parcel. At 08h44 I received a message that my parcel is undeliverable to my address and I was asked to contact the delivery firm. I then tried the number given but no response, several times. I was not contacted about the delivery address. Eventually I contacted The Courier Guy at another branch only to be told my delivery is scheduled for Monday. Unbelievable one has to put up with this kind of service. I never had these problems with Takealot.
