Incredible Service and a Perfect Repair – Highly Recommend All Star Autobody
Several months ago, I was involved in an accident when a large truck cut a corner and damaged my Golf GTI, a vehicle I’ve proudly owned since 2017 and kept in excellent condition. My insurer initially arranged for the car to be towed to Renew IT in Sandton. Unfortunately, the assessment process there was slow, and my vehicle remained with them for nearly a week before I received feedback. As expected, the repair quotation was extremely high, and my insurer recommended that the vehicle be written off. Given the condition of my car, this was not an option I was willing to accept. I chose instead to salvage my vehicle, and that decision led me to All Star Autobody in Centurion—where I experienced truly exceptional service. From the very beginning, Rick personally reached out to me, offering reassurance and taking full ownership of the situation. He arranged to have my vehicle collected from Sandton and transported to his workshop without any hassle on my part. That level of initiative immediately set the tone for what was to follow. Throughout the repair process, Rick and his team kept me consistently informed, providing regular updates and ensuring I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Within a few short weeks, I was invited to collect my car—and the experience exceeded all expectations. I was welcomed warmly by a team that clearly takes pride in their work, their environment, and, most importantly, their customers. When I saw my car, I was genuinely blown away. The workmanship was impeccable—my vehicle looked as good as new. It was evident that great care and expertise had gone into every detail of the repair. I will admit that I am not easily impressed, but Rick and his team delivered excellence from the outset. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend All Star Autobody in Centurion to anyone in need of professional panel beating services paired with outstanding customer care. Thank you Allstar Team, Rick and Janet for fixing a 2 year issue that other supplier could not do. Not because of the problem being to big but because they had a lack of skills a lack or ownership and a lack of common sense. To this stakeholder you are just another damaged vehicle which they didn't take any pride in resolving our 2 year ongoing issue. Thanks to Shane from MiWay for pointing us in your direction as you actual have skill, ownership and common sense to what you do in your industry. Incredible service from them. Will recommend them to anyone. Rick was accommodating since the date with bringing the vehicle in to the collection. Always assisting with everything even travel from and to them. The work was done really well. I was really impressed.

Best Service
I was very impressed by the work they did in my car. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have an excellent customer service. Their manager Ricky and Jeannette we very professional. The body works that was done on my car is amazing. They use original parts, painting is is perfect. I would recommend them to anyone who wants his or her car to be amazing.

Professionalism at its best.
Best service yet. I was very stressed but All Star put me at ease and made this such a simple process. The quality is out of this world and my car looks beautiful. Professionalism at its best.
