I left my company In December, I was told to wait 3 months, now it is more almost 6months waiting for the claim to be paid out. I was told it would be in before 10may. Than I was told to wait 10 working days. The funds has been on payment processing since
Negligence, Delay and Lack of Urgency From Alex Forbs Corporate.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing delay in processing of my Provident fund pay out. Despite previous communication and the submission of all required documentation, the matter remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and distress.
I respectfully request that this issue be treated with urgency, I believe sufficient time has already been given for the matter to be resolved.

I Believe Any person who files in a complaint seeks mainly to be heard, consider this from me, not as a complaint but I cry for your attention to attend to my request, I seek not to anger or seem to defile the reputation of the big corporation which is you Alexforbs. I have worked hard over the years, I request I may not have to work hard to find you attention for the pay out Provident fund which will help me from losing my bond house. I have a family to feed, to take care of. Please hear my request as I ask for your
support and help me with your prompt response and urgency in making the payout. I've waited past the waiting period. it's is almost 6months since I've left my company. I request again Kindly please advise and assist.
