Placed an online order through Aldo, needless to say the order hasn't been delivered, the website is now off saying under maintenance. Fiona Mamabolo responded to my email query however she told me that the ref number I gave was of an old reference number. She said she will have to refund me, let's just say that she has stopped responding to my emails tracking the said refund. What a disappointment. Weeks are getting by no bag no refund no assistance
