I've done a booking with air seychelles online about 2 months ago travelling from Johannesburg to Mumbai, due to the coronavirus, india has restricted travel until 15 April, i contacted air seychelles yesterday via email and no response, today i contacted the local south african office and i was answered in a very abrupt and defensive tone, i have a recording of the ladies conversation at hand as well, she says she cannot assist and that i have to call the international number listed on the site which is going to cost me quite a bit, nevertheless i called the number multiple times and the airport voice message keeps saying currently not available, i contacted via email again and still no help.
This airline is pathetic and service even worse.
I'm still waiting for a response
