Utter unprofessional service

I was booked at a place ain Western Cepe and paid in full. Uoin my arrival I was told that there was no booking. The service I received from the receptionist was very unprofessional and I could see how she was covering up for z in omtrent service.

I was promised x refund - month later and no refund. When I query, they mail me the same message- details of booking.i have never encountered such unprofessional service. Clearly that are exploiting people to gain financially. I was warned against them
