I am angry with African bank, I called the servicing department and collections department seeking for proof of payment arrangement via email. I was told that I couldn't get the assistance I needed. IT'S MY LEGAL RIGHT TO GET PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR MY ACCOUNT. I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GUYS CAN STOOP TO THIS. I AM SOO ANGRY WITH HOW I AM BEING TREATED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER
