Credit card transaction dispute. It has been a month now still have not recieved any feedback on my dispute.

I have called the call centre 3 times. Same story, "they will escalate to the team and visa department" This has been going on for a month now. Clearly the first call was not escalated at all. Poor service, very unhappy. Your call centre QA Team leader should be fired for turn around time,
