Useless bank with no communication
Useless bank is all I can say. I had an investment that matured and its been over 10 days waiting for my money. I have called more than 10 times and every time I am promised that the money will reflect to no avail. When I follow up I get sent to different consultants and told that it is put on hold due to some information that is missing on my side but no one tells me what that is. AFRICAN BANK I WANT MY MONEY AND ALL OF IT. Cancel the whole investment even the money I had said I reinvest cause you are just full of lies. All the banks I have had investments with just bring my money at maturity but with you I have to run around. No more!!! Put your money at African Bank if you want stress and calling and being put on hold with no feedback every single day.
