Poor and lack of communication

Really dissapointed in Afrihost, have been with them for over 11 years. took on a reseller server recently and have had more downtime on my web domains then uptime in the last couple weeks. What is more annoying is the lack or no feedback, from complaints and retentions. Keep getting the same resolution , ;we are working on it', this should not have happened in the 1st place. server and hosting 101.

i have last almost full days of not receiving mails in the last two weeks.

really poor, I am rally considering moving my domains to another partner.
