Bad Service At o r tambo airport

Bad service at or tambo airport .

Thursday 7th may, between 4pm - 6pm

I went looking for a car park pay station before I was directed to one by a owner of a shop.

Their are no staff, clear markings / indicators or security personnel showing where the stations are & no one is on hand to assist when a machine does not work.

Another vehicle In front of me got delayed at the exit point because the machine did not work.

Terrible service at or tambo airport & gone backwards 10 years.

We call this a world class airport
