We have processed a claim before the 30th of March and we were told lies that payment has been made on the 30th yet no money was sent into the account and we have attached all correct documents. For the whole week we have been making follow ups and we have been fed by lies that account was paid into wrong account by the system but will now be allocated to the right account and we asked how so as we have attached a bank stated. Consultants by the name of Kgaoogelo Phahlane and Ntoti Tlale are part of this **** as they will keep on making false promises to claimants as if money will reflect in the account. Yesterday 9 April Kgaogelo said payment will reflect at 18:00 yet nothing till this day. Cleopatra Thabethe and Natacia Hills who are said to be supervisor and Manager dont even bother to call back or speak to you. No matter what you do DO NOT OPEN A POLICY WITH ABACUS.
