unfair treatment

I am very disappointed with the Locksmith in Rondebult Boksburg.I went there on a Saturday for car coding service because I've lost my keys due to the hijacking incident.The guy who was helping me asked for a deposit of R1500.00 I paid it.He promised to go to the saps impound on a Monday.Monday passed I contacted him he said Tuesday and there was nothing.He only called me on a Wednesday telling me that he was at the impound and they need the owner of the car.Unfortunately I was at work, I've asked him to reschedule the appointment for a Thursday 9 am. He agreed I was late because I was at work.He then send me a WhatsApp telling me that he is leaving I've tried to apologise for being late he then shouted and swearing at me.I said it's fine they should refund me if they can't do the job. He just said he is giving me 3 options, 1 I tow my car to them, 2 I take out a key locker and 3 I pay R450 for a call out fee otherwise they aren't going to refund me.I've lost my money and my car doesn't have a key.Their service is bad and they are so arrogant and they don't treat customers fairly. I'm not the first customer who experienced the kind of service in that shop, they are just rude. Klaar
