I have tried more than once to comunicate via email to complain, they give me a ticket number, and then the consultant just give me a sorry and move on

I have tried more than once to comunicate via email to complain, they give me a ticket number, and then the consultant just give me a sorry and move on. The app is totaly a ****... i have written to them, and they actually tell me its about luck.. you dont need luck for someting that is rigged. And then, imidiatly after i complain, i win for the first time, a r2. Wow. Now i know it is rigged The customer service is exactly like their spin game.... Me and a group of friends actually got the app together, and just like me all of them are not happy. We loved the app, we love gambling, so we actually had a gr8 use for this app. But the false advertising, and the non customer sevice doesnt work for me
