The WORST!!!

The WORST non-existent customer service. What a joke. I'm trying to do something simple, like create an addon domain for a new website, but get errors on their server side. Trying to get hold of anyone is nearly impossible. And when you finally do it's a "we've noticed this with other customers and have escalated your issue". But NO feedback. No support. NOTHING. I have been unable to launch my new site for 2 weeks, so have finally given up and am moving to a new hosting provider, but now they are not allowing my domain name to be transferred. I've asked them to approve the transfer but I am still waiting.
