Shocking service
We moved over to zonewatch because the whole neighborhood moved over as a neighborhood watch group . I moved both my houses over to them and they installed one of their cameras on my property to monitor the road. We were told we would get access and was giving access to the particular camera that's on one's property. The one house Is a corner plot and when the alarm goes off I get get told they've inspected both sides but clearly they haven't as I'm watching them . I phone them patrol guy comes out again... My camera was down for a while and took forever to rectify but was sorted . I've recently upgraded my internet and the camera has gone offline , I've contacted them no one comes out , I've contacted local nhw to get hold of the manager (that doesn't answer my call ) and get given a repair date . Well almost 5 months later still no camera and cleary the 24 hour monitoring is a lie .... you've had a black screen for 5 months . Thank you for monitoring nothing and taking my monthly payment of both my property's

He should have investigated the matter, instead started to point me out as the problem for more reason.
I need to bring the following to your attention. I have been treated unfairly by Mr. Leonard de Tyger, manager Zonewatch TygerWaterfront and body corporate of Cornerstone/Tygerfalls. He was on top gossiping to my employees regarding myself with-out evidence. I find that unacceptable

Remarkable service
I just want to thanks Jaco Boonzaaier and marchell april for a remarkable experience this morning. I was stranded next to the road with my car and with in seconds they were there to assist, thank you guys for keeping us safe, I would recommend you guys to anyone, Jaco and Marchell definitely needs a raise Once again epic service.

Remarkable service

Sweet talk but worse security company!!!
Absolutely shocking, never use as a security company- rotten to the core amd this all stems from poor managers in all departments I have dealt with- Admin, Sales and Technical department. The one person- Ginieal(Sales Consultant) was the only honest person, however when he left(hopefully to a better company) the true rotten core came out. Waited 6 weeks for his replacement to return my call and messages without response. After calling once I had an incident at the house he made all types of excuses and taking no responsibility for his repeated poor service. Despite paying the required quote that Ginieal provided the Technical team has not lived up to the quote and its been another one way street, repeated emails without response. Please stay clear of them, their rates are not bad compared to competitors but for a hundred or 2 more a month you get 10 times better service from the others. Never do business with them, Managers are there to try and sweet talk you but no action!!!

please read ZONEWATCH
Zonewatch insists that you pay UPFRONT even though you have paid fully for the whole year!! I paid on 14 March 2023 for a beam replacement and still they have not fixed my beams even though they have been to my house about 3 times. They tested the beams before they left but sadly and I say very sadly when they left, that night when i activated them they did not work and still do not. Now you need to believe this is a SECURITY COMPANY!! so you are let with no security - do you think this is correct and should we pay UPFRONT when the service is not worthy -- think about this before you pay upfront again. Really bad bad service. And do not pay UPFRONT before your service works, OK pay a deposit sure, but not the full amount. For them this is bad business practise

please read ZONEWATCH

Hello Peter: The consumer end user voice router Zonewatch security at it again Following ordeal narrative of about a week ago, returning home with my Auntie that rushed down from the United state of America on a short visit noting the many ridiculous life threatening experiences shared with families home and abroad. The excitement of the day’s achievements in putting things, newspaper, media , and notaries in place made us forget to disarm the property before attempting to open the house. Property Alarm immediately went off as if well secured Guess what, tired as we were, Auntie: didn’t you say your alarm monitoring company would have phoned and armed response rock up? Me: Auntie I really wonder what this is Looking out; The arm response was outside, walked outside to the right and left of the property, standing back back leaning on his bakkie and on his phone We thought it through…. You will never know who the master mind is that has studied the modus operandi of the security company, i say this in light of my shared experience on hello Peter few days ago Does it not help to change the modus operandi? Alarmed response then walked closer introduced himself and then asked How can I further help? He sounded very interesting, we were amazed at his boldness and confidence in the discharge of his duty He asked for our names amongst other security checks….. Well done Armed man at Zonewatch security We Salute your courage and expertise Sir!!! No doubt we need service, on our side, the change exercised was highly applauded Hello peter has requested if indeed I will ever recommend Zonewatch and also noted that the company as not responded I will gladly boldly recommend Zonewatch A company that listens and adheres to principles is worth patronising. Tell me why has Zonewatch not reacted to most of us on hello peter in principle? The consumer market is very filthy, some of us have narrated previous ugly ordeals worse that I have read about zonewatch Hello Peter needs to get back to base- the strength must be seen again stronger than many years back We thank hello Peter for this platform The consumer market must not die- consumer please continue to have your say, be it positive or negative…. Let us all learn from one another please We must continue to determine the consumer market. Our voice must continue to be heard and not silenced; I am saying this because it came to light also that I was assumed an illegal immigrant in an an affidavit to Milnerton police station that led to my unlawful Arrest at about the same time as the Solar installation - as an innocent consumer, a medical practitioner and fully naturalized South African citizen on resumption that is said to follow employer refusing lateral transfer that I requested as a bonafide South African citizen. What is the point of a security company that takes 20 minutes to call after the alarm has been triggered? In the interim, I tried to call their response number and there was no answer. Why do they exist?

RESCUED FROM CYBER CRIMINALS ON MY PROPERTY
DEEP FELT SINCERE APPRECIATION CHARLENE ROGER CORRIE DE VAUGHN Words will never be sufficient for the great expertise, assistance and support that Zone watch officials and especially the above-named staffs have numerously provided to me over many years and most importantly since October 2022 when it started becoming clear that I have been stripped of my home (address named above), my two phones (S22 of May 2022, S7, Dell Laptop and Samsung desktop). I have taken time to understand the ordeal narrative and proceeded to report to the police, got a case number, what made Roger and Corrie ran the extra mile within and outside the call of duty since about 15th January 2023, distressed as I was then, it has being revealed: that, the neighbor that installed my Solar pv panel without my knowledge and permission cloned my two cell phones, copied my desktop info at the request to configure the booster for my home internet Wifi in order to strengthen the inverter Wifi ****le and install the app on my phone, he strategically took about 3 months (July – September 2022 ) to complete the installation with diverse excuses, while he copied my home. The phones he cloned had my home, alarm, CCTV camera, Latest Mercedes Benz C200 of May 2022, Government employee pension fund, apps Installed, my desktop had my whole life history and certified documents, they also got access to my email through my internet that he enjoyed with the use of my Samsung Smart TV that my immediate next door neighbor used without my knowledge both the next-door neighbor and Solar installer are very good friends and this clearly explains why the Solar pv installation took months while I exercise patience for the neighbor installer sadly. It is very sad and highly unfortunate that I was never aware of the unhealthy complex politics amongst others as I work in Gauteng province and will lock up my property except for the time of leave between 2000 and 2022 when a arrived for the solar installation and planned to have returned shortly afterwards but could not to date due to the ordeal I suffered at a place like Century view ( my own home ) It is so good that Corrie and Roger could rescue the situation, Corrie, haven listened to my ordeal, immediately gave expert advice and protect essential information on his own personal laptop from the hands of the fraudster neighbors while Roger ran within working hours and Charlene held the front in the physical absence from desk demonstrating healthy workplace team spirit and respecting everyone’s extremely busy schedule. I took Corrie’s expert advice and followed through with Roger’s honest expertise, and conscientious recommendations upon his site visit to my property and therefore, being able to arrest the situation to date and as I pen down my appreciation to all though ordeal. I have being running looking for help and solution, spent hundreds of thousands on narratives that could not be proven as it cannot be true, for example, neighbours, Ebrahim ( patrol man) and the night shift control room phoned out the ambulance to my property when I requested help for police from my armed response they rudely labelled me and assumed that I am confused and should be taken to Valkenburg hospital. At my last visit to zone watch last week, samples of numerous unimaginable stuffs that could have been used by these fraudsters that I removed from my property were left with Vaughn following her good listening skill My gold jewelries, Panasonic video camcorder, Sky blue Olympus cameral are also gone, Milnerton police was on site. I hereby urgently appeal through you to ZONE WATCH TOP MANAGEMENT to please look closely at Zone watch staff retention, while respecting that good people may move as the sky is no longer the limit, we cannot allow our skilled and excellent staff and managers to leave Zone watch. I don’t want to imagine what ZONE WATCH will be left with if Corrie, Roger, Charlene and Vaughn for example should depart, VERY SCARED HENCE I AM USING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK ABOUT THIS. It is said that the customers always suffer such repercussions, please do not let us suffer, continue to look after the best interest of all customers by retaining good and excelling excellent performing staff. My humble submission therefore is that no matter what it will take or cost Zone watch please do not relent on your oars and where salary upscale is over- due especially on grounds of very good persistent performance please do the needy.
