BMW Zambezi
My car is in for repair at Zambezi repair centre last year November for a door replacement and few additional items that were identified by the workshop not the assessor. I have been sent from pillar to post until today, I haven't received my car.i had my courtesy car from Insurance for 30 days it lapsed,and nobody is telling me when I'll be getting my car back. I lost business and clients because of this delay and I don't think ill ever use BMW workshop or anything related to it anymore.i rather take my car BMW520i to a fly by night workshop than its own. They're terrible people,lack communication skills and have no regards for clients. Disappointed BMW Owner

BMW Zambezi

My car accident repair put on hold for three Moths
My car was booked in on the 07 December 2022 at the Zambezi Auto ARC now called LMG Accident Repair Center through Discovery Insure. I started receiving WhatsAPP updates from LMG ARC on the 10th January 2023 until the 07 January 2023 regarding my car's progress. As I was concern not receiving anymore updates I tried calling them directly since I had no joy of getting through to the manager of the center. I then decided to drive through on the 28th Februrary 2023 as it was the estimated completion date for repairs. When I arrived at the center I was told that they were still awaiting parts and there is a possibility that my car will be written off. I then insisted to see my car and when I got to the car, the two damaged left doors were taken off, the two left seats were also taken off and nothing was done to the car for the past three months. I was advised to call my insurer to get a clear indication on the way forward which I did the following day and was taken corner to pilar about the way forward in fixing my car.

Zambesi Auto ARC
Zambesi Auto ARC had my Nissan X-Trail for more than 3 months. The original quote to fix it was just more than R50 000. I experienced severe service problems with them because they do not return calls. The fee just went op and up and is now close to R100 000. After we eventually collect the car Nissan has found major problems with the job that has been done and they also made the discovery that all the parts that Zambesi claimed was not replaced. I have photos of this in my procession. I reported this ton my insurance, PSG and they are attending to it. But never again,,, never never will Zambesi see me again and anybody that wants to do business with them must thing again!

Attempts to obtain telephonic updates are unsuccessful I was advised on 5 April that the car had gone to Paint. This involves the front bumper and one side pannel. This should take an entiire week. Updates are non existent. Response to Hello Peter reviews is equally non existent. This concern is obviously oveer comitted or under staffed. I would not use their services again under any circumstances

Firstly they sell me a faulty vehicle that they promised is in great condition, which I only saw twice in 2 months, they lie about what is wrong with the vehicle, i had to phone around and follow up because they aren't informing me at all. After them telling me the vehicle is fine and ready for collection, i drove there wasting my petrol just to hear that the vehicle is still broken, and all of the sudden they need another month to fix the vehicle. They constantly lie and make it your problem. They lend me a loan vehicle for the first month and the second made excuses as to why they didn't lend me one again leaving me without a vehicle for a month. So it will be 3 possibly be 4 months without the vehicle i purchased. They treat you with disrespect and as if you are and idiot, they are lazy and don't do their jobs, and just shrug their shoulder as if they cant to anything about the problem and its your problem and not theirs. i would not recommend this place to anyone ever.
