Every person who has complained about this place is 100 % correct and I urge somebody to do something about it . I too fell for their tricks and ended up depositing and winning 20k then I get a message I need to withdraw my funds. Then in order for me withdraw my funds I need to pay R350 to get to level 1 so I can enter my bank details and will be able to withdraw it when I do enter my details they processed it incorrectly because I literally copied and pasted my bank details off my account so there is no way I could have made a mistake like that..then when alerting customer services they say I need to send my query to the account manager that's on Facebook chat or messenger..when I do get hold of the person they make you feel everything is legit and say I need to pay R300 to reach level 2 then they will process my payment shortly so I pay this R300 and you see this status show the amount is paid and it still look legit only to come back and tell me the payment failed multiple times and when I checked the account details they purposefully edited my details to be incorrect then they chat to me as if I'm at fault and how can I be so careless as I made a mistake knowing full well I copied these details directly off my bank profile and then when I say they need to correct details this coz I want my winnings they say I must pay another R1200 to get to level 3 and then I ask them if I pay this R1200 will they correct my details and then pay me out and then they send me a standardise message of Zakumi is a legitimate online casino and they ride themselves in what they do so I have nothing to be worried about and then thinking to myself but wait I've already paid 650 and paying a other R1200 I am still winning because I will get paid out R20k but them something tells me just to wait till the next day and when I logged In I ask how can u pride yourselves in doing excellent service if you can't even allow me to edit my own banking details or even change my bank account in future because them I will probably have to pay even more..so I click on my profile the next day and I see my funds are supposedly locked and I tell the customer service to please correct my details them that R1200 amount is no longer the amount to change my VIP status to level 3 and is now R2000 for them to change my details I have screenshots I would love to share and show everyone what the say as I saved the all the transactions and communication with these people as they think I must be mad to pay R2000 and there is no guarantee they going to give another soppy story that I need to upgrade to another level and pay another amount so they try everything in their power to stop you from playing and winking more forcing you to withdraw but in order to withdraw you need to pay them more money..this is daylight ****ming and broad daylight *******..can hello Peter please investigate this I have all the proof of screenshots of all communication and I will also show you my payments made already. This zakumi casino must be shutdown with immediate effect and I will be the first one standing in the cue to supply evidence of such pathetic services and *****ulent ****ming.
