XPANDA GATE RUSTED less than 1 year, NO SERVICE

I bought a xpanda gate less than 1 year ago from Builders Manaba in the South Coast of KZN which is rusting.

I called the Builders Warehouse a customer Care line and spoke to a very unfriendly Consultant who was also very rude. REF. NO. 1555106, Spoken to LUTHO on customer care line. Who said that that Builders Warehouse don't have a guarantee on rusting and he refused to give me name and his surname I had to beg him for a reference number for the call, which he finally gave as REF. NO. 1555106 and whilst speaking to him, he ended the call.

I even mialed Xpanda, got no response.

Please can someone call me about this rusting gate.
