Still waiting for a claim number for an IOD. 4 months and counting

They say you can list an IOD through the website *** but its been 4 months and i still didn't recive a claim number. Their turn around time is 2 weeks to a month. I have an escalation number as well but no claim number is impossinle to source through their call centre. I made around 8 calls during this time. No senior ever called back as was promised. What a joke. I'm about to get black listed for non payment to service providers. Waste of tax payers money
