This is a fraudulent company that debit money on my account. I called them before a debit could go and told them that I don't know them and I don't know why they lodged a debt against my account. They promised to cancel it and send mean sms that they have but their debt order went through. I'm really tired of these fraudulent companies that goes around robbing poor people. They say on their website they offer legal assistance, to who. Where did they get my information and how do they know if I need any assistance without taking to me. People are working hard for their money and yet there are companies like this. I need my money back and I need them to delete my information on their system.

I received an SMS yesterday @ 14H25 informing me that a debit order has been lodged against my account for R99.00 on the 31st January 2019 with ref no: & contact details the website is www.wizardlifestyle.co.za. Upon going into this website Hellopeter immediately came up with this as a pishing scam. Needless to say I had already contacted my banking institution immediately on reading the SMS yesterday to report this. PLEASE BE AWARE PEOPLE.

In November 2018, Wizard Lifestyle fraudulently obtained may banking details and gifted themselves to R99 from my account. I say fraudulently because up until this point I had never even heard of them until I got a text notification that they had lodged a debit order on my account. Suffice it to say I had the debit order canceled and stopped. Imagine my surprise when on 24 January 2019 I get a notification that a debit order has been lodged on my account to go off on 28 January 2019. I called them for 2 days to get to the bottom of this with no response. I managed to get a hold of them today, they are unplayable! I have lodged a query with them to tell me who authorised the to debit my account and how they got a hold of my bank details. They promised me a text message confirming cancelation of instalment & reference no. (they couldn't give me a reference no. over the phone). I'm yet to get the text message. This is appalling, it's even worse that as consumers we have no recourse for this shoddy behaviour!

This company loaded a debit order on my account without my authorization; I do not know what is it for. I called them on 17 January 2018 to request them to cancel the debit order and they promised to do it; I called again on 18 and I was told it has been cancelled; however the debit order went through today. I do not know where they got my banking details as I did not provide them.
