This is our first time enrolling our child at Wingu, at first it was very confusing to navigate the portal that led to our child missing deadlines for submissions assignments, we didn't know where to find the tasks
This is our first time enrolling our child at Wingu, at first it was very confusing to navigate the portal that led to our child missing deadlines for submissions assignments, we didn't know where to find the tasks. With the help of teachers we have now really understood how to use the Wingu portal, but our child still has many outstanding tasks to submit. Overally l will say the standard of learning is very high and the teaching staff is really dedicated. I have another child turning 4 in May, we are planning to enroll him for Grade R. Please in future teachers must remind learners and parents about outstanding tasks in time especially for new parents who don't know how to navigate the portal. In my view special assistance must be given to new learners or parents with specific regard on where to find assignments or tasks.
