What a fabulous experience. Wood excellent and on time. Whilst I was eating, there was a young toddler who was very upset and his mom was desperate. One of the ladies, she could be the manager, picked baby up and calmed him. This is way beyond the call of duty

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability from OR Tambo International Airports Lost and found department. I left my phone in my handbag during a recent departure, and my Find My iPhone app confirms that the phone is still located at the airport. I immediately contacted the airport and received one or two responses initially. However, as soon as I shared the exact contents of my bag, their communication completely stopped. I have followed up multiple times with no response. It's unacceptable and feels as though they are deliberately ignoring me to keep my belongings. As I am not in South Africa at the moment, I am reachable only via WhatsApp which I mentioned in my emails yet no contact or action has been taken. This kind of behavior reflects badly on the integrity and professionalism expected from an international airport. I demand that this is escalated immediately, and that someone from Lost and Found contacts me to return my bag, phone and wallet. My WhatsApp contact number is 066 236 1021
