I sent items on the 10th of May 2024 using this courier company. I run a apparel printing business, a customer paid for my service,I printed the required items and sent them from Postnet Westgate to Parktown to date which is the 7th of October my client hasn't received his items. I contacted them on the 12th of September because I wasn't aware that items didn't reach the person I intended to send them to. They said they will launch an investigation to date ai haven't received any feedback and now they are ignoring my emails

Wow. I just want to say a huge shout out to Keletso Tladinyana of the Westgate branch for going out of her way to absolutely ruin my birthday, wow! In my entire existence I have met angry people but her shem, she takes the cup. I went into the Westgate branch to collect my parcel, upon arrival she asked for my Tracking number which I provided, and then she asked for my ID and I gave her. I saw her struggling to locate my name and parcel and I remembered that the name on the parcel is not on my ID. I then saw the name in her book and told her that is the name the parcel would be under, she said sorry if the names do not correspond she can't help me. I told her the name on the parcel is the name I use EVERYWHERE I don't use the names on my ID anywhere, she happily told me that if that is the case she can't help me, I must bring the ID that correspond with the name, i was like OK! I then asked, since I do not have an ID with that name what is the way foward, she said she doesn't know and left me standing and the counter to do her own thing. I phoned the company that has couriered the parcel and the lady from the company asked to speak to her and she said she was busy-ok. The lady said I must get her name she needs to report this to the headoffice because this is the 1st she has heard of a parcel not being relieved because a name doesn't correspond and the customer has a confirmation sms and an ID with I tried to show Keletso my communication with my service provider and that I am the one who gave me that name and she was not interested in anything I asked where do we report such matters, at this point I was shaking and I honestly didn't even hear her response was, I asked what should be the way foward and how do I go about getting my parcel that I desperately need, she said she didn't know! When the lady who sent my parcel asked me to tell her that she is going to report her to heard office seing that she refuses to speak to her she then said she never said I won't get my parcel and handed the parcel to me.Wow. I said a few unkind words but at this point I want to pray for you Keletso, you need serious prayer, you have a serious problem wether personally or professionally and you are taking your frustrations out on paying customers and it's unacceptable however Postnet Westgate has made it acceptable because even after a few bad reviews from other customers dating as far back as 6 and 8 months ago, your behavior has not change All she could say when I left the shop was "please give me my pen" and have people look at me like I am a ***** who came to the shop to ***** her pen. One of the customers who witnessed this even said this is the reason restaurants and other places are replacing people with machines because the black on black hate is ridiculous. I am still shocked, I've never been undermined like this in my entire life, I seldomly allow people to get to me but ai , wow! And this bad treatment happened unprovoked, unprovoked I was treated with so so much disrespect for a service I paid for! Postnet Westgate , wow, what a wow service, one that I'll never forget for birthdays to come. Wow. 1. There is no way that Postnet has never heard of a client who uses a name that is not on the ID 2.Keletso could have easily told me what the way foward should be when I asked instead of leaving me at the counter like I was asking for a donation and didn't pay for the service I literally begged from her 3. She could have told me that she is looking for my parcel when the service provider on the phone with me asked to speak to her - I didn't even have to call the service provider and disturb her while at school 4. She did not have to be so rude, unprovoked, disrespecting a customer like that!- but clearly she does this because she has done it to a lot other clients and Postnet doesn't not care to rectify her behavior I do not see myself using your services ever again. Ever.

The franchise is not hands on, on the 11tg November I used their service to scan and email documents to the labor department. The lady put incorrect email address and did not notify me when a failed recipient notice came through, meaning I paid for nothing

I just had a very disheartening experience with Postnet Westgate, I couriered my kid's bubblegum tablets and after following up on the delivery that was not made week after week. I was then later told that my items were involved in a heist and basically that no one was going to take responsibility as they were electronic items which are apparently not insured. This was not even explained to me when my I requested the delivery- what's even more sad is that these items were not insured so it's basically my loss.
