However, when shortlisting candidates, we consider multiple factors beyond years of experience alone. These may include specific technical requirements and other role-specific criteria. Our approach is always holistic, with the intention of ensuring both the candidate and the client are positioned for long-term success and happiness.
With reference to the query about your employment history, we understand how this may have felt frustrating. Please allow us to clarify that when we request additional information, it is never to inconvenience you. We carefully review each CV and sometimes require clarification on specific periods to ensure we present a complete and accurate profile to our client. Even details that may seem minor can play an important role in strengthening a candidate’s application.
We would also like to clarify that, at times, positions may open, close, or be placed on hold due to various factors.
