Excellent, experienced, and friendly
This review is for Johannesburg based company water4africa.co.za that does municipal backup tanks. I had an amazingly successful installation by water4africa yesterday! the guys, Dan, Joseph, and Jacques, were outstanding. I didn’t need to supervise them at all, they got on with the job. and now I don’t have to be inconvenienced by water outages, which are becoming more frequent in johannesburg. I got the multislim 2500l jojo tank which is quite big, with a pump to keep the pressure strong. customers could start with the 1000l jojo tank and pump, and add more tanks later if needed. I asked 3 different companies for quotes and water4africa was the most cost effective. they were also extremely experienced, friendly and professional, they just got on with the job and did it brilliantly. i can highly recommend water4africa for backup water tanks with pumps, in these days where we can no longer rely on the state for basic amenities

water for africa has disappeared
Water for Africa serviced my water filter. THEY harassed me to have my filter serviced-phoning me constantly. I paid them (C F Snyman, FNB WOODLANDS) immediately for their service but on payment complained that the old filters wasn't left in my sink for me to see. In retrospect I can't help wondering if the technician (Johan van Rensburg) did replace my old water filters?? Since the service my water filter unit was constantly leaking and never functioned properly. After numerous calls (0871507947) and emails [Email Removed] I finally got hold of them. After 2 weeks and lots of excuses ( their vehicle and telephone was out of order) they came to do repairs. After the repairs the filter was still leaking, damaging my cupboard and wooden floors. NO answer to my subsequent e-mails or phone calls. Water for Africa has disappeared. No service whatsoever. Waterwise came for service and repairs as soon as I have contacted them. Great service from Waterwise.
