No word and honour
I had a very disappointing experience dealing with this group regarding a 2023 BMW M4. I contacted them immediately after the vehicle was listed on AutoTrader, while I was already at another dealership about to purchase a similar car. I spoke to a salesperson (Ranjith) and explained that although I was getting a better price elsewhere, I preferred their vehicle due to the colour. I asked if they could consider a discount of around R40,000 and made it clear I was ready to place a deposit immediately to secure the car. Instead of allowing me to secure the vehicle, I was told to wait until Monday so management could approve the deal. I specifically asked them not to sell the car, and I was reassured that it would be fine and that I would be assisted first. On Monday, I was suddenly told the car had “mechanical damage” and was sent to BMW for repairs. I accepted this and confirmed I was still interested. However, I was then told there were multiple other buyers and even higher offers being considered. This directly contradicts what I was told initially — that I was the first serious buyer. Had I been told there were other interested parties, I would have immediately paid a deposit and secured the vehicle. The situation only became more concerning when it was imp**** that the vehicle might go to someone offering more than the listed price, despite my prior agreement and willingness to proceed at the agreed figure. Overall, this experience felt extremely unprofessional and lacking in transparency. It raises serious concerns about how this group handles listings, customer commitments, and pricing integrity. I have bought cars within this group before, but this experience has significantly damaged my trust. I would strongly caution other buyers to secure vehicles immediately, as verbal commitments and assurances appear to carry little weight.

Poor service at VW Barons Durban the one in Bluff
Took my car for service in VW barons and no oil or coolant change yet it was a major service, I'm very disappointed with their service. Document number on invoice 57SISAAB8874 When I started the car it gave coolant alarm on the same day it was serviced I'm very disappointed.
