TERRIBLE SERVICE
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a double‑deal phone package online, and while the delivery was efficient, billing problems started from the second month. My charges have been nearly double what I should be paying. Each time I contact Vodacom, they’re unable to assist. I’ve sent multiple emails, but only received one reply stating that I cannot change my phone plans. Since then, there’s been no further communication, just an excessively high bill that I never agreed to.

Like Minds sucks
I bought a contract for a router on the Vodacom website, then my quote came via Like Minds as the Dealer, and I just let that pass. Now they have deducted money on my account, not even the same amount as the pro rata that was stated. I hate them already and I am *****ed for 36 months. I wish I can cancel already.

I have a Vodacom contract and my phone keeps getting locked for no reason and Likeminds is responsible for that. Why is this happening? i hate you

Like Minds ********ly upgrades
I have now 2 Vodacom upgrades that I was not even aware of through a company called Like Minds wich I never heard of or spoken to at all!!!!! Seems like Like Minds has staff who *****ulently take out contracts for Vodacom customers. This is identity theft and goes against protection of personal information. Its against the law!!! These bunch of ******* need to be investigated and have charges brought against the culprits... Do NOT and I mean DO NOT do business with them at all!!!

Like minds/ Vodacom
I app**** for a deal through the Vodacom app, only to discover that it was being handled by Like Minds—an external provider with incredibly poor service. Since 09.04.2025, no one has bothered to follow up with me, forcing me to make multiple calls myself. After all that effort, I found out that the deal had been canceled without any explanation. An agent assured me that an urgent delivery would be requested, but this was never fulfilled. Vodacom should seriously reconsider using external providers, as they fail to provide answers or accountability. Even visiting a Vodacom branch for assistance proved useless, as the branch staff have no authority to override or intervene in the actions of these third-party service providers. Sinenhlanhla Precious Zulu, Zandile Mthethwa, Bronwyn Naidoo, and Babalo Mbatyoti have all been unhelpful and extremely rude throughout this frustrating process.

LIke Minds, agents for Vodacom Vodacom stole my identity to open a new Vodacom contract. They have most of my details and made up the rest to look credible. Check your bank statement regularly. It was the only way I discovered this *****. I do not have any dealings with Vodacom, therefore there is no reason they should have any of my details. Vodacom then protects LIke Minds and won't give me any information. I have now opened a ******** case against them. PoPI is supposed to protect you😡

These *****sters phone saying they are from Vodacom but they are actually an outside company. They say they are going to save you money on your cellphone bill but actually have doubled the account. This has happened now for two years. I demand all my money back.

Don't ever take calls from Vodacom agents your info is being given to companies - Like Minds who will overcharge you and refuse to revert your account. Rude arrogant I have given all info to including voice recordings to my lawyer. Taken my 8 months to get all info together I have lost R30, 000 to these imposters
