I found Vintage Joint ZA on Facebook and saw that it is South African based and decided to try it order 2 Bafana Bafana soccer jerseys. Order was placed on the 3rd of April 2026, and they indicated 10-15 business days for delivery. It's been almost 2 months now and no delivery. They also indicated that their communication is via email and WhatsApp. I have tried communicating with them on several occasions via both mediums and got no response at all. It seems like this is a *****ulent business that takes people's money and do not deliver so be careful.

Dont be in retail if you dont understand customer support.
Like the other reviews for this business, Vintage Joint, my experience has been somewhat suspect, to say the least. How can you be an online retail business with WhatsApp that does not work, a phone that does not ring, and an email that nobody replies to? Not even an auto reply. Their chatbot has no option to speak to support. Clearly, this business was conceived as someone's side hustle that has not been taken seriously. If you are going to take a month to deliver a product, then say that. Dont say 15 days, and it takes 30 days.

Worst Experince Ever From A Online Store
Terrible shopping experience, I have not received my order which was placed over a month ago, i highly doubt the products would have been genuine if i did receive them, they do not respond to any form of communication. I will be sure never to buy from them again and I hope others stay far away from this place.

Terrible shopping experience, I have not received my order which was placed over a month ago, i highly doubt the products would have been genuine if i did receive them, they do not respond to any form of communication. I will be sure never to buy from them again and I hope others stay far away from this place.

They will not respond to email but give them a message on WhatsApp. (010)5020856 My shirts did arrive. in an untimely manner (Over a month after sale) but they did finally deliver with Courier Guy.

Mix Bag, Worth it in the end
I ordered 3 kits from Vintage Joint, buy 3 and get the cheapest one free. I selected a wrong size for one of the kits. I emailed them, SMSd and DMd them on instagram. After about two days they rep**** on instagram to say the size was updated. I do feel they should note their turnaround time for queries somewhere on the website or bios of the socials to manage expectations. Their delivery timeline is 10-15 days according to them. When the delivery didnt come in that time and they were not responding to my queries about the order, i got a bit concerned. The reviews here didnt help. My order arrived in about 17-18 days. Which, i gotta admit, is around the time i expected it (±20 days). The kits were in good condition, the size was updated. I wanted a number printed on one of the kits and they got the number wrong, but not too much of a train smash. Hopefully I can update this review after first was of all the kits So overall, a mix bag, but im glad i got the kits.

Bad bad bad !! service
I have just blasted them on twitter now , I placed an order on the 1st of April , still today I haven’t received it , they don’t wanna refund me also , they don’t respond to my texts and emails
