To those who are still the same problem, I can advise you to first switch off international tag on your banking app, second go to your Google account and play store, remove card details, and third rgo to chrome history and look for the name of that vehicle lookup company that you subscribe to, you will be surprised, this vin ace for me it turns out to be vin master. I send them an email to stop deduction and unsubscribe me. 
I am so disappointed that this *****ulent activities are still happening, luring customer only to find out that it's misleading.
