We mostly send letters and photos back and forth right now. It takes a bit of time to build a connection this way, but reading a long, thoughtful message feels much more personal than quick texts.

Very straightforward
I don’t really like subscriptions, so this setup works better for me. You pay only when you use the site, which feels more flexible. The interface is pretty straightforward and didn’t take long to get used to.

It can get a bit expensive if you spend hours chatting every single day
It can get a bit expensive if you spend hours chatting every single day. I just try to budget my time online to keep things reasonable. The good thing is that the communication features are smooth and easy to use.

I’ve been chatting with a woman from Ukraine for a while now. Mostly messages, and we’ve done a couple of video calls recently. It’s nothing rushed, but the conversations feel more focused than on most free apps. So far, I’m comfortable staying on the platform and seeing where it goes.

Setting up my profile took a little extra effort at first, but I get why they do it. It definitely keeps the platform cleaner and safer when you are trying to find a real connection overseas.
