Vfs Global. Pathetic service- PEOPLE are treated horribly

Vfs Global Pretoria- customer service is non existant. The security treats people terribly, from the point of entry through the doors, up to the point of going into your appointment room, the security have no way of dealing with CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE RUDE AND ABRUPT. people are paying VFS for a service, not to be spoken to like they dogs.
