Happy after almost a week of frustration!
My Nayax app was showing my machine to be offline since last week Wednesday. I called in day after day trying to get help but this was futile! Until I spoke to John exactly a week later, you can imagine the frustration I was under! John was out of the office at the time but promised to call me back and so he did. He gave me feedback on what he had done and went as far as sending me screenshots! He even got to the root of the problem in less than 15 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable,showed empathy and definitely left me feeling like I was valued as a client. Because of him my faith in the company has been restored.

Poor after sale service
Not happy with the experience at all slow (if any) response from the so called service support I have the machine for 1 week now and its been ofline for 4 days. Even after contacting my agent and the service team no success. The machine itself was not cheep and the card reader that does not work on top of that it becomes an expensive joke. Will 100% not recommend Nayax and will think twice before using Vending solutions again.

Tops Vending Systems Belgium
I bought a Fas easy 6000 vending machine from Tops Vending Systems Belgium by the Troostwijk auction site (auction A1-26763-11). It came without the cooling system and display without this being specified. I contacted Tops Vending Systems by email 2 weeks ago for an opinion and did not receive a response. Be very careful not to be fooled like me.

Unresolved Data Deletion Request
Unresolved Data Deletion Request I am extremely disappointed with Vending Solutions' lack of action and professionalism regarding my request to have my personal information deleted from their systems. Despite multiple formal requests, including one sent in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), my data has not been removed, and I continue to receive unwanted communications. This is a clear failure to respect customer privacy and comply with South Africa’s data protection laws. As a last resort, I have given them 24 hours to resolve this issue, failing which I will escalate the matter to the Information Regulator. I urge Vending Solutions to take customer data privacy more seriously and handle such requests promptly and professionally. This experience has severely impacted my trust in their business practices.

Note reader not working for past 3 weeks
the worse choice i could make was to purchase a refurbished machine from Vending Solutions. the machine has been faulty right from the start. every time you have to pay a call out fee for their mistake they are not fixing. have been trying to get the note reader replaced for the past 3 weeks, no luck

dissatisfactory service from vending solutions
we purchased a refurbished vending machine through this company in August 2017. 2 months down the line we had problems and i had to continuously contact them to come and sort out the problems we were experiencing. the note reader and coin dispenser has been giving problems from the start. 20 June this year we paid 650.00 for a call out fee to have the note reader repaired. the technician advised it was just a setting that needed to be changed. the past 2 weeks we have been experiencing the exact same problem, settings are all correct and i am advised to pay the call out fee again. i am beyond angry with the service please see their response to me I’ve spoken to our M.D. – he has informed me that the Call-Out is applicable as the first 90 day of installation has now expired. All work done carries a 15 days warranty from completion. Kindly advise further.
