Vega’s Administration Is a Nightmare
Vega may be a good school academically, but the administration is an absolute nightmare and completely ruins the experience. I have made countless calls and multiple attempts to get my academic transcripts, and to this day they are still being withheld. I have logged more than two tickets trying to resolve this, and nothing has been sorted out. I have paid my fees in full, yet my results are being withheld because of internal administrative issues. This is unacceptable and frankly ridiculous. Sherine Ledwaba, Senior Results and Assessment Co-ordinator, has taken me from pillar to post with no solution in sight. Every interaction leads to another excuse, another delay, or another hoop to jump through. There is no urgency, no accountability, and no care for students whatsoever. Every single year it is the same story, endless loops, endless hurdles, and constant frustration just to get basic administrative support. The back office will make you hate the institution, no matter how good the lecturers are. I genuinely regret choosing Vega. Dealing with their administration has been an uphill battle from day one, and it is exhausting. Until Vega fixes its administrative department, students should think very carefully before enrolling.

My experience at Vega School Pretoria has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. The academic journey pushed me out of my comfort zone at times, but it is precisely those challenges that made the experience so meaningful. I am truly grateful for how much I have learned, not only academically but also personally and creatively. I would especially like to acknowledge my SRN, Sade. She has consistently responded with kindness, patience, and professionalism, no matter the concern. Whenever I needed guidance or support, she was always willing to help and made the process feel far less overwhelming. Her genuine care for students truly stood out. I am thankful for my time at Vega School Pretoria and for the support structures that helped me navigate the journey.

My experience at Vega School Pretoria has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. DO NOT APPLY AT VEGA SCHOOL (EMERIS UNIVERSITY)
Please DO NOT apply to Vega school which from 2026 will be under the new Emeris University in Sandton. They do not care about their students. We are failing due to lecturers that have personal vendetta's, once confronted the school sweeps it underneath the rug. They only care about money, our wellbeing is never considered and we have considered leaving to different institutions to further our studies so please save your time and money

I filled a form to register and I was told my registration will be finalized once i paid registration fee. I did not pay the registration fee which would have meant I am not registered . Now I am getting emails that I am handed over for overdue account when I did not even attend any class . I have been calling all calls goes to voicemail to clarify. I cannot get hold of anyone

Vega Pretoria
Vega School Pretoria is one of the best higher institutions within the IIE, I highly recommend this school if you are interested in design and web development and design. the IIE's vega Pretoria is a great institution and the workload is not that overwhelming.
