The worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Totally ********* and ***********! From showing cold indifference to the needs of a tenants, leaving the tenants in dangerous situations and then trying to hold them responsible for taking their safety into their own hands since they failed to get the urgent help needed, to wrongfully charging tenants for things not included in the lease agreement and then when they refuse to pay, then they add the amount to electricity charges on the sub meter, meaning the tenant cannot get electricity until they pay these ******* charges... basically bullying them to comply. Renee Varjes has absolutely no scruples. Stay away from this agency!!!!

ABSA-BRANDED OFFER LETTER USED IN R146K UNAUTHORIZED ESTATE SALE – 10 YEARS NO REFUND FROM VARTRUST In 2013, I paid R146,178.79 for a property in an insolvent estate. VAR Trust (Renee Varejes & Darren Lundin) kept my deposit, even though the sale never went through. The offer letter used Absa branding and included a 5% commission, but the transaction was unauthorized and legally void. Tracy Hill (Resolution Trust) and the Master of the High Court oversaw the estate. Despite formal legal demands, my money has been withheld for 10 years. I am demanding full refund plus 10 years accrued interest.
