NEGLIGENCE & LOSS OF VEHICLE KEY
FORMAL LEGAL NOTICE – NEGLIGENCE & LOSS OF VEHICLE KEY My vehicle was handed to OR Tambo long-term parking under the promise of secure storage. Instead, my vehicle key was lost / ****** and the car was later found parked at a private residence. This matter involves gross negligence, misrepresentation, and financial loss. I have demanded a full explanation, identification of responsible parties, and compensation for damages. If not resolved urgently, legal action will follow without further notice. Public warning: Do not trust the claimed “secure” parking.

Dishonest and terrible services
This is a service that I have used a couple of times and have had minor issues with running late. Paid upfront for services and owner Shuiab did not pick my vehicle up after my husband and I calling and texting for over 45minutes. We had to pay another valet service. I finally got hold of the owner and he promised to reimburse me which was on the 16/01/26 to date I have not received my money. Terrible service and from a small business owner. This service is operating out of king shaka international. COMPANY NAME: DURBAN PARKING SOLUTIONS
