I would like to formally raise my concern regarding the dispute and account update process on your platform.
I previously experienced a much smoother and user-friendly dispute process with TransUnion, where my dispute was handled and resolved within approximately 20 days. Unfortunately, my experience with Experian has been very difficult and frustrating.
My account information has still not been updated, and the online dispute platform is not easy to navigate or use. In addition, attempts to contact your offices telephonically have been unsuccessful, as it is extremely difficult to receive assistance or get through to someone who can help.
As a consumer, I believe there should be an efficient and accessible process to resolve disputes and update consumer credit information within a reasonable timeframe.
I kindly request urgent assistance with my dispute/account update and feedback regarding the progress of the matter.
