Non-existing service
Service is non-existent. We have been loyal customers for 7 years, but will now move to another ISP. We have an issue with coverage and streaming speed, and just need some attention to our peoblem - no luck.

A nightmare
UNIWISP Delmas started amazing - fantastic installation team, helpful staff. Now it's a nightmare. Staff turnover means zero support, constant connection issues, and forget after-hours help. My once-reliable connection is a source of frustration. Huge disappointment. Look elsewhere for dependable fiber internet! P.S. Dream team, we miss you!

Not paying back my money!
After cancellation of my contract and all monies due to them was paid i discovered on 01 November 2023 that they Never stopped my debit order from their side and money was deducted from my account. I logged a query with proof of deductions to them and they rep**** on 02 November that they will wait for the payment to reflect and they will pay back the money. I left it until 14 November 2023 where i did a follow up and they informed me that it should be paid in that same week. On 16 November 2023 i did a follow up and no response was received, again on 17 November i did a follow up and again no response, so i called the technician manager and he did a follow up where they answered him but till date nothing to me, I even did another follow up on 20 November 2023 and it is now the 21st of November and still no response. They are quick to take your money but slow to give it back even when it was because of their negligence. Because of this i will not be recommending them to anyone!!

UNIWISP Delmas
I recently had fiber internet installed at my home, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the service that I received from the UNIWISP Delmas. The installation team was extremely professional and efficient, and the installation itself was done with great care and attention to detail. The installation was so neat, you could hardly tell that any work had been done. The team went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly, and they took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions that I had. The salesperson and branch manager were also incredibly helpful and responsive, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience as a customer. Even after the installation was completed, the branch went out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service. They were available after hours and were always happy to help me with any issues or concerns that I had. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of service that I received from this company. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional fiber internet provider. Bad bad bad

Most useless ISP that ever existed.
Over prices with poor service. I've been with Uniwisp for 3 months now and every second week their "cable" is damaged. You have 40% off the month offline due to their "cable" being broken. The 60% where they are online the internet is super slow and unstable. This is honestly the first time I ever had 6 tickets relating to the network either being completely offline or way too unstable. And that record was broken in 3 months. I've been with 2 other ISP's in the past and never had any issues where I actually needed to open a support ticket. Uniwisp does not resolve the issue permanently its basically a temporary fix just so they can say they did provide wifi other than that they don't ever fix anything it's just the same ****py service every week. I'm only with them because I'm forced to be as they dug for fibre in the complex I'm staying in but if there was a way to get another fiber provider here I will without even thinking twice, the only way uniwisp can keep client's is by forcing them to take their services which I feel is unfair. I literally signed up with HelloPeter just to give this review. If you're ever considering uniwisp I suggest go with any other company besides them. Uniwisp shouldn't even be in your list.
