Hard lessons are learned only once
Buyers should really consider multiple aspects when purchasing a unit, and have lots of extra funds for a while in future to fix things in a new house. Previous post removed to delineate between developer, managing agent and trustees responsibilities.

Stay away from Uniqon Developers!
Be very careful if you're thinking of renting property owned by Uniqon Developers! Read the fine print before signing any agreements, regardless of the rental agents - unless you want to end up with no deposit left after leaving the property damage free!
