I paid R10,000 to register for an online course through Damelin/Uni4Online. After payment, I was unable to register or access the student portal and never logged into the system. A formal cancellation was submitted and a refund was requested, as no academic services were provided. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, there has been no refund and communication has been extremely poor. This situation is very concerning, especially for students who are trying to invest in their education and may be using borrowed money to study. I strongly urge the institution to resolve this matter promptly and process the refund.
