I have been attempting to contact the company over the past two days, incurring a total airtime cost of R75.00. Despite enduring a 12-minute hold period, I was ultimately disconnected after being informed that I was the next caller in line. I've given up and am trying my luck with the Department of Basic Education, this is how desperate I am.
